Warrington Property continues to deliver in the highly competitive Perth market
Warrington Property is an established Australian real estate investment and management business headquartered in Perth and expanding across Australia. Incorp was engaged to assist in improving the amenity of 16 Victoria Avenue, with the focus being the design of the lobby, external seated area, and large canopy entrance.
Their brief was to create a welcoming and fresh space for building occupants, visitors and passers-by, and an enhanced lobby experience equivalent to newer buildings. Having taken over the project from an architect who had not delivered the requested design intent, Incorp guided the on-site builder and building manager through the entire process, ensuring the final outcome met the Warrington team’s needs and expectations.
“The Incorp team provided collaborative, innovative and well-opinionated reasons for their design decisions on this project,” said Warrington Property Project Manager, Callum Barry. “We are very proud of the final solution, particularly the ceiling design in the main lobby.”
The Freshii Cafe franchise owner also engaged Incorp to design their new space, adhering to their existing design guidelines, while complementing the new look of the lobby. The overall transformation into a much more appealing streetscape and WOW entrance to the building has been well received by all. So much so Warrington Property has engaged Incorp on a number of their other properties in Perth. “It was an amazing experience working with Incorp, and we will continue to do so for future projects,” said Mr Barry.
