Refurbishment and extension works for Bank of China's Brisbane branch headquarters

Bank of China were looking to take an additional 220sqm of tenancy space to increase their existing retail branch and office located in the Brisbane CBD, along with updating their current branch and office spaces.

Incorp was engaged to provide the design and delivery of these refurbishment and extension works. The design options were required to be based on Bank of China’s Corporate Standards, including their corporate colours and soft wood tones throughout the spaces.

Incorp was responsible for liaising with both local and international Bank of China representatives, along with coordinating all associated subconsultants and subconstractors, and obtaining the required local government and landlord approvals.

The final solution has been praised by all stakeholders and staff alike, and led to Incorp being engaged to design and deliver a new retail branch at Sunnybank in Brisbane.
