Dun & Bradstreet shifts to partnership model in Australia and New Zealand market to focus on core commercial strategy.

Archer Capital, a leading Australian private equity firm – via its newly formed Credit Data Solutions acquired the entirety of Dun & Bradstreet (ANZ), including customer risk and debt collection solutions.

As part of the transaction, Dun & Bradstreet has formed a new entity DBXB ANZ PTY LTD which incorporate the OPAL AND AME Technology Team to provide ongoing support, development and maintenance to the customers of these business-critical platforms.

The formation of this new entity then necessitated in the securing of a new office space and the consequent design and delivery project.

Excellent and responsive. Couldn’t speak more highly of the Incorp Melbourne team. Paulo, Marie and Edgar did a fantastic job.
