Consolidation of Denstply & Sirona with modern workplace and training facilities

Following the merger of Dentsply and Sirona, several existing offices were consolidated into their Mt Waverley site, which was chosen to become Dentsply Sirona’s new headquarters.

After successfully designing Sirona’s head office in Sydney, Incorp was engaged to provide Complete Solution services to update the chosen Melbourne site, to provide more efficiency and new ways of working for their staff. The same look and feel used for their Sydney office was required, but a slightly updated version to also suit the Dentsply brand.

The final design included an interactive custom centre to display their speciality dental equipment, a conference room, laboratory facilities, sterilisation room, a design centre, training facilities and demonstration suites for dentists.

The construction works for this project were staged in 2 parts, as the space was currently occupied by the client, ensuring minimal disruption to staff.

The new facilities allow Denstply Sirona the ability to demonstrate and offer training on-site for their latest equipment offered to the dental industry. The new modern working environment has been embraced by all staff.
