Exciting new era for The Brand Agency after 26 years

The Brand Agency is a full-service agency with specialists in all areas of communications. After 26 years in their West Perth office, their 90 team members moved to Kings Square, one of Australia’s most significant CBD urban renewal developments.

GM Nick Bayes explained, “For us it’s a smart business and strategic move. While our West Perth office served us well, we needed more space as our business offering has changed drastically in recent years. We also want to be the employer of choice and offer the best possible working environment and facilities. The move also coincides with the launch of our new strategic purpose and website.”

Bayes and Harris had toured a number of workplaces in Silicon Valley but were clear they wanted theirs to be custom-made for a 21st century communications business. The briefing process was key to realising their vision and the project’s success. Incorp engaged with multiple stakeholders through structured brainstorming sessions to co-design and achieve consensus on their new way of working. A great connection was made between the client, staff and our designers in the process.

Amongst the state-of-the-art facilities, their new workspace includes:

– Full audio-visual studio and filming facilities
– 30 seat café
– Problem solving incubators
– Mix of open collaborative spaces and private areas for individuals
– Shared facilities to support agile working across multiple tenancies
– A warm greeting space that has wow factor without being ostentatious
– Views of street-level activity to feel connected with their vibrant precinct
– Custom hand-painted wall art showcasing their very talented designers and the agency’s corporate values.
